I have lived abroad for a total of almost 30 years in 6 different countries: in addition to Helsinki, I studied in New York and Paris, in addition to Finland, I also spent my working career in e.g. In Switzerland, Germany, Poland and Italy. I speak English, German, French and Italian fluently. I am particularly familiar with the management of multicultural teams and the impact of cultural differences on the working methods of work communities.
